Flare 2.0 experimental

Soon Flare will split into two major versions:

• Flare 1.x (stable) the engine's current state, solid and ready for games
• Flare 2.x (experimental) using SDL2 and adding major new features

You're welcome to join the discussion on how we make this transition.
